Event Tickets & Vendor Registrations

All event tickets, vendor registrations, booth reservations, and related purchases are considered final once payment is successfully processed, unless otherwise stated in writing.


Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable except in limited circumstances where an event is canceled by Flavorfest & Beats Events and no rescheduled date is offered. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined at our sole discretion.


Event Changes

Event details, including date, time, location, performers, vendors, and programming, are subject to change. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in forfeiture of participation privileges and future purchase restrictions. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve payment concerns.


Failed or Duplicate Transactions
